• Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code (unless defective)

• Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
