1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after successful payment confirmation. During peak seasons or festivals, processing may take slightly longer. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India, including metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, and more. For remote areas, delivery may take additional time. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days after dispatch
• Express Shipping: 4-6 business days after dispatch (available in select cities)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or public holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order. We periodically offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — please check our website or active promotions for current offers.

5. Dispatch Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of the courier partner. You can use this tracking number on the courier's official website to monitor the real-time status of your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Soul Astro Books is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe or is marked as lost by the courier, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter with the courier partner on your behalf and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund as per our policy.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Soul Astro Books is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can attempt to make corrections before dispatch.

10. Damaged Packages on Delivery

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please take photos of the package and the product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

11. Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped together or in separate packages depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive individual tracking details for each package if shipped separately.
